Notify ASIC or apply to ASIC about Australian financial services licensee auditor appointments

Purpose

Use this form to notify ASIC of an auditor appointment, apply for consent to remove an auditor or notify ASIC of auditor cessation where the auditor is deceased or prohibited.

How to lodge this form

Not applicable. If you are unable to submit online, contact us.

  • For appointments – Within 14 days after appointing the auditor.
  • For applications for consent to remove – 3 weeks before removing the auditor.
