Service availability

ASIC often plan interruptions to our online services so we can install system upgrades. This page contains details of planned or unscheduled outages to our online services.

If you’ve been redirected to this page, then it means our online services are currently undergoing maintenance. Our ‘Service interruptions’ section below will have more information on when our services will be back online. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Unscheduled outages

There are currently no unscheduled outages. 

Scheduled service interruptions

To help customers plan for any scheduled service interruptions, we publish the dates and details eight weeks in advance.
Note: All times on this page are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)

Customers may experience interruptions to services or system slowness during this timeframe, while ASIC performs regular system maintenance tasks. Services impacted include:

  • M2M Services
  • DataStream Services
  • EDGE Services

These maintenance tasks are performed at this time to avoid customer impacts during regular AEST business hours.
